A key factor contributing to the success of BYD HOME-ESS is its extensive network of over 15,000 partners and the “Be Partner” program targeted at installers. This program is expected to further expand in 2023.

Participants in the registered “Be Partner” program can benefit from rewards points for installing the Battery Box Premium system. After registration, these points can be used to obtain marketing packages, products, chargers, and other benefits. The total points also contribute to the installer’s level, unlocking more corresponding perks. As described on the BYD Battery-Box official website, Partners can be classified into three levels:

  • CERTIFIED PARTNER.
  • EXPERT PARTNER.
  • PREMIUM PARTNER.

In addition to its external collaboration strategies, BYD Battery-Box stands out in product technical specifications, ranking at the forefront of the industry. According to the 2022 edition of HTW’s evaluation report on HOME-ESS products, the BYD Battery-Box, in collaboration with its inverter partners, secured the top position in the SPI score for HOME-ESS systems.
