Over 10 Years of Development and Production Lithium Battery

As a global brand, Redway provides comprehensive support for our partners to yield mutual benefits and business success.

Quality Management

Redway Battery has strict quality control procedures to ensure the product to function safely and competitively. The materials are carefully inspected and chosen. Our QC team will follow up carefully each product at the assembly line and conduct aging tests for over 24.5 hours. As a professional lithium battery provider, Redway Power's products are certified under IEC, TUV, UL, FCC, CE, RoHS, UN38.3 and MSDS. Quality Control procedure is conducted before our batteries are shipped out.

Altitude Test

This test simulates air transport under low-pressure conditions. Cells and batteries meet requirement only if there is no leakage, no venting, no disassembly, no rupture and no fire and if the open circuit voltage of each test cell or battery after testing is not less than 90% of its voltage immediately prior to this procedure.

Thermal Test

This test assesses cell and battery seal integrity and internal electrical connections. The test is conducted using rapid and extreme temperature changes. Cells and batteries meet this requirement if there is no leakage, no venting, no disassembly. No rupture and no fire and if the open circuit voltage of each test cell or battery after testing is not less than 90% of its voltage immediately prior to this procedure.

Vibration Test

This test simulates vibration during transport. Cells and batteries meet this requirement if there is no leakage, no venting, no disassembly. No rupture and no fire and if the open circuit voltage of each test cell or battery after testing is not less than 90% of its voltage immediately prior to this procedure.

Shock Test

This test assesses the robustness of cells and batteries against cumulative shocks. Cells and batteries meet this requirement if there is no leakage, no venting, no disassembly. no rupture and no fire and if the open circuit voltage of each test cell or battery after testing is not less than 90% of its voltage immediately prior to this procedure.

Short Circuit Test

This test simulates an external short circuit. Cells and batteries meet this requirement if their external temperature does not exceed 170 DC and there is no disassembly, no rupture and no fire during the test and within six hours after the test.

Impact / Crush Test

This tests simulate mechanical abuse from an impact or crush that may result in an internal short circuit. Cells and component cells meet this requirement if their external temperature does not exceed 170°C and there is no disassembly and no fire during the test and within six hours after this test.

Forced Discharge Test

This test evaluates the ability of a primary or a rechargeable cell to withstand a forced discharge condition. Primary or rechargeable cells meet this requirement if there is no disassembly and no fire during the test and within seven days after the test.

Overcharge Test

This test evaluates the ability of a rechargeable battery or a single cell rechargeable battery to withstand an overcharge condition. Rechargeable batteries meet this requirement if there is no disassembly and no fire during the test and within seven days after the test.
